 Mr Quinlan made some fences for our neighbours and the quality is one of the worst I have ever seen. Very poor workmanship and fences started to be not straight anymore after only 1 year or less, fences were not properly done and fences started to shift either with windgusts or after 1 winter with frosty ground. Would not recommend him for any other jobs........ He claims the neighbours for damaging his fence in stead of saying that he did not do a good job and also made fence 1 foot higher than oakville by-law and said he did not know????? (He lives in Oakville!!!) That's my opinion
