I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. I have had Caliber Door Systems save me many times in extreme situations. I remember the day I met Tony as he attended my emergency repair on a Friday night at my business. I wasn't able to close my 20 ft industrial garage door at my motorcycle storage facility which had over $600,000 worth of my customers motorcycles. He showed up at the time he said he was going to be there and he assured that my spring and cable issue will be solved. He assessed my problem quickly and professionally. I was impressed to see how organized his work vehicle was and how he had no problems in finding the parts I needed. I was also impressed as to what the reasonable repair cost was, especially an emergency call on a Friday night.

Well, low and behold, I had a similar issue at my home, but this time I had my truck in the garage and my cables snapped. I proceeded to contact Caliber Door Systems with NO HESITATION. They showed up in the window time given, and again, worked around my truck and personal property with respect. My problem was fixed. By the way Tony, my neighbors also complimented your professionalism.

Please do yourself a favor, if you want a serious, honest, and professional Garage Door company.............look no further. You will thank yourself. I look forward to seeing you this summer when you replace my garage door and my garage door opener. Thank you Tony and thank you Caliber Door Systems.

I can’t say enough… the product and service was fantastic! I had the LiftMaster 8500 direct drive garage door opener installed. It’s a unique side-mount opener that I was a bit skeptical about, but after Tony shared the pros (and cons), I was confident it suited my wants/needs. To give you an idea of how happy I was, two weeks after having it installed I took down the chain-drive opener on my other garage door (which was working fine) and had Tony install a 2nd LiftMaster 8500.

I love this opener because it’s very quiet (I have a bedroom above my garage) and that it side mounts to the wall (freed up space for overhead storage). This product also has an “internet gateway” that allows me to control and monitor my doors from my Android phone, which is so cool (and more functional than I thought). There are other accessories that offer additional functionality, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be calling Tony again in the future to expand my system more ?

The thing I liked most about Tony was that he installed it like it was his own. I was so happy with Tony’s installation of this product, I told him that if he wanted to bring a perspective customer over to my house to preview this unique opener and his work he is welcome to bring them by my house. It sounds funny to be so excited about a garage door opener installation, but the product is pretty slick and it’s nice to meet someone you can really trust. Thanks again Tony!

I came home to my garage door opener hanging from the ceiling by one bolt.(not installed by this company) I couldn't leave my car in the garage as I was afraid it would fall on the car. I contacted Tony and he came over promptly, explained why it happened and repaired it quickly. Although it was wasn't a big job I received professional, courteous and prompt service. I would recommend Tony and his team to anyone that is looking for quality, professional garage door service .

The absolute best customer service I ever had for home improvement. Tony was well detailed in explaining pros and cons of product, patient (I kept forgetting my password!,lol) and demonstrated safety features of my garage door. Went beyond my expectations...made sure my garage was safe by assisting me with moving previous garage door rails where other would have just left. Thank you Tony. Tony was absolutely wonderful....my garage door stopped working and in this cold weather I really didn't want to leave my vehicle out in the driveway. I contacted Caliber Door Systems Inc. and he came over within a couple of hours. He was professional, efficient and knowledgable. He fixed my garage door in no time and gave me a great deal. They even called me a few days later to follow up with me. Best service, best prices!! I won't call anyone els!!
