I am Eleanor Hayward RMT, Holistic Health Practitioner.

At Dynamic Balance Holistic Healing, I offer traditional Swedish massage therapy, techniques including deep tissue therapeutic, superficial relaxation, connective tissue, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage upon preference.

Benefits include improved blood & lymph circulation, range of motion, rest & relaxation and overall well being.  It is my passion to encourage your education, promoting your daily self awareness & care, so you may be better prepared to help yourself!

Using my gift of intuition and professional training, I have integrated Reiki, Universal life-force energy into my practice with encouraging results.  More recently I have begun integrating Gemstone therapy, simply by placing semi-precious stones in your hands, upon your body, or in my hands as I massage you the crystal properties work in unison for added health benefits.  When I use a quartz crystal massage wand on chakra/acupressure points, with consent, the patient feels a cool and soothing result!

A current resident of Oakville, Ontario, I have been practicing as a registered health professional licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario throughout the Halton Region of Ontario for ten years, since graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough with a Massage Therapy diploma in 2003.
