Being diagnosed with Celiac disease can be overwhelming when you realize that it is a complete lifestyle change. Having some help along the way certainly can’t hurt. There was a need to create a warm, welcoming and empowering environment through great customer service, convenience and support to minimize the feelings of confusion and alienation.
